Meeting of the Committee of the E.U. Member States Consuls General in Los Angeles. Presentation by Cosmin Dumitrescu, Consul General of Romania in Los Angeles, of the priorities of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union

The Consulate General of Romania in Los Angeles informs that, on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, following the takeover by Romania of the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Consul General of Romania, Cosmin Dumitrescu, hosted the first  meeting of the Committee of the E.U. Member States Consuls General in Los Angeles.

The works were chaired by Cosmin Dumitrescu, Consul General of Romania in Los Angeles. On behalf of the US authorities, Richard Swanson, regional director of the Commercial Service (Dept. of Commerce) for the states of California, Nevada, Hawaii and Guam, participated as a guest.
Romania's Consul General in Los Angeles, Cosmin Dumitrescu, presented the priorities of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Taking into account both the profile of the US federal authority representative and the emphasis on the priority of the Romanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union regarding the strengthening of the EU's global actor profile, Consul General in Los Angeles Cosmin Dumitrescu highlighted the priorities of the Romanian Presidency in the commercial sphere.
